Refunds are available for:
- Cancellations made within 14 days of purchase (Consumer Rights Act)
- Services not yet commenced
- Technical issues preventing service delivery

Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Procedure

- Date of purchase
- Reason for cancellation
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Programmes already commenced or partially attended
- Digital content already downloaded or accessed
- Custom or personalised consulting sessions attended
- Refunds requested after the 14-day period
5. Refund Deductions
We may deduct reasonable costs for services already provided if you cancel after accessing programme materials. The deduction will be communicated clearly in writing.
6. Payment Method Returns
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, we will arrange transfer via bank account or alternative agreed method.
7. Late Cancellation or No-Show
Cancellations or amendments requested less than 7 days before a scheduled workshop or session may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
8. Subscription or Ongoing Services
For ongoing subscriptions or multi-month programmes, cancellation requests are processed at the next renewal date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the current period.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be granted outside the standard timeline for exceptional circumstances (e.g., bereavement, serious illness, force majeure). Contact us to discuss.
10. Quality and Satisfaction
If you're dissatisfied with the quality of a programme, contact us within 14 days with specific concerns. We will work to resolve issues or offer alternatives, including potential refunds if service quality was not met.
